Anytime I'm looking to find a discount on something that's not on sale at the department stores, I scour this site for discount codes at smaller, boutique-y sites such as Karizma (which by the way has a disount code for 50% off anything in the store! Use the code toutie50 when you check out.)
A lot of these sites carry designers like Marc by Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg and Mike & Chris, to name a few and if you don't want to wait until the end of the season for regular markdowns, then is is the place for you.
Some of my favorites are Active Endeavors for their great denim selection
OrgHipChick for all the latest by Velvet
and Luv Charlie for fun styles by Lewis Cho and other lesser known designers.
